Whether you're new to running, recovering from discomfort, or a seasoned athlete looking to fine-tune your form, this comprehensive assessment is built for runners of all ages and experience levels. The session includes:
- A run-specific movement analysis to identify mobility or strength limitations (even subtle issues like toe stiffness that can affect your stride)
- A multi-angle video analysis of your running mechanics for clear visual feedback
- Tailored corrective exercises to address any weak links and improve overall running efficiency
Think of it as your pre-season tune-up for the miles ahead.
